A: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Q: What are my payment options?

A: We take credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) and PayPal. All orders are prepaid, we do not ship orders C.O.D, and no order will be processed until full payment is received.

Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: All orders are shipped UPS unless other arrangements have been made. All Alaska, Hawaii orders will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.

Q: When can I expect my order?

A: Most orders will ship within 10 business days after order and art approval. We will contact you if we anticipate any delay.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Since all orders are custom made for your establishment, there are no returns or exchanges.
